My artwork is about recycling and colour.

As I was born in Kenya, my work is inspired and influenced by the vibrancy, light and pure strong colours of Africa.

I trained and worked as a Textile Designer in South Africa,

and Internationally for the past 30 years.

It was because of my Textile Design that I came to Britain,

so that I could be at the ‘source’ of the industry

on the creative side. My speciality being ‘ditsy flowers’.

For the past 18 years I have been working with recycled materials.

The essential threads of my life and interests are woven together in the colourful recycling of waste materials that constitutes my work.

Many of my creations can be found for sale at my shop,
